Join #teamTim and Joshua Mason & Heather Noggle on September 15th 2pmEST
Whether it’s an organization, an individual, or a piece of software, we are all going through a process of maturing and continuously developing. When we look at life this way, it can make us more courageous, humble, and confident to try new things and grow towards excellence.
During this webinar, we are joined by Joshua Mason and Heather Noggle where they will discuss Continuous Development is not just for Software, but for Culture and Hiring and Training

Heather founded CodiStac and loves translating technical information and workflows into regular language.
It started in December 1982 when she got a Commodore 64 for Christmas. Heather learned to program and built software to help me memorize geography facts.
While in grad school, I worked in the HR department of the University of Missouri. My boss found the IT department slow in delivering what she needed. I took staff IT classes and built database and reporting skills.
25+ years later, I incorporate my experience and education with software technology, human resources, culture building, writing, and music theory education to help start-ups and other organizations connect their people, processes, and technologies toward a goal of whole organization health, acknowledging online risks and opportunities.
